| As we walked from the south 40 on the road behind Fenske on our way to see Areosmith, I noticed J.K. (Tesla Singer)at the edge of the road talking on his cell phone and then saw the tour bus and the rest of the band. Not wanting to disrupt his call, I just walked on by Thinking to myself I should have Yelled out TESLAAAAA !!! After we got into the arena it started to rain and everyone rushed for cover. I ended up in the hot leathers shop and after a few minutes I turned around, looked up and Starring me in the face was Frank Hannon! (lead guitar Tesla)No choke this time ! I walked up, shook his hand and introduced myself. We did get to meet the other Guys Thursday night at the fan VIP meet & greet. Hinder too ! Great bunch of guys ! Just wish chip/live would post the pics. Despite the short show on wednesday and the Fri hail storm, 2009 will be a year at the CHIP we wont soon forget ! Thanks Woody,Carol and the whole crew once again for Truly "The Best Party Anywhere" See ya in 2010 |
