Media Credential Regulations
Thank you for your interest in covering the 2009 Buffalo Chip Concert series from Saturday, August 7, 2010, through Sunday, August 15, 2010.
1. Eligibility
All journalists who wish to attend Buffalo Chip events must submit a media credentials application.
2. Application Deadlines
Credential applications must be received Buffalo Chip by July 1, 2010. All requests for admission thereafter will require purchase. Applying in no way guarantees that your agency will receive credentials. Once your application has been processed, you will receive confirmation and acknowledgment if it has been approved. Please note not all applications will be approved.
3. Credential usage
Credentials must be worn all times. Each credential is issued specifically for the journalists who was accepted through the credential process. Any media outlet which wishes to change the name(s) of their credentialed journalist(s) may do so, in writing to Buffalo Chip, prior to the event. Credentials may not be given or lent to another person for any reason.
Credentialed journalists will receive admission to the event, access to media work areas at the event, venue, as well as any other areas where media accreditation is provided access.
Misuse of a Buffalo Chip media credential will result in loss of your credential, removal from the areas, and the possible loss of credential privileges for future events.
4. Credential pickup
Credentials will be available at the Credentials Window, the northernmost window of the West Box Office, for distribution solely to the person who produces a state-issued photo identification establishing him to be the individual for whom the credentials were authorized. Please note that the clerk at the Credentials Window has neither the authority to authorize nor ability to create a pass.
Buffalo Chip values your media coverage of our event and appreciate your cooperation with our media regulations. We look forward to working with you.
