The term RED HOT was coined long before the Nashville based RED became hot. But Sturgis Rally music fans will nevertheless be in for a RED hot night of rock and roll on Friday, Aug. 7 during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Known for relentless touring and riveting live shows, the Nashville-based group RED--JASEN RAUCH (guitars), MICHAEL BARNES (vocals), ANTHONY ARMSTRONG (guitar) and RANDY ARMSTRONG (bass)--has logged an impressive 500+ live shows since releasing its End Of Silence debut album in 2006 and are giving fans a taste of its new music while on the road.
This group of musicians have put together a must-see live show while topping both the mainstream and alternative rock charts. Since their career began in 2007 Red has toured with the likes of Seether, Papa Roach, Shinedown, Three Days Grace and more.
They’re rockin the charts with “Death of Me” from their new album, Innocence & Instinct and will be lighting the night on fire in a hard rock extravaganza at the Best Party Anywhere. The official place for Buffalo Chip biker blues is the Hoyt Axton Fondue stage. Every day, a legendary line up of interesting activities will definitely keep you entertained during your stay not to mention the Legendary Pitchfork Fondue nights!
Charlie Brechtel: Charlie’s music has been a Chip staple for nearly a decade because it stirs up the blues and isn’t afraid to let you in on his biker soul. His songs keep it real with the biker way of life front and center. Take in his original entertainment of pickn’ and singing the blues everyday, twice a day at the Blues Fondue stage.
Dwight York: Dwight’s twisted brand of adult humor is just the prescribed vacation medicine which will surely make you laugh and possibly more. His never-the-same shows defy awkward reality and put life into a new perspective.
CB Variety Show: Get out the bikes, tattoos and wet t-shirts because the cameras are rolling! The CB Variety shows will feature interviews with the famous bike builders, tattoo artists and of course the girls of the Buffalo Chip.
