The RacerX/ American Suzuki North American Hillclimb Association Pro Hillclimb Series has kicked off the 2008 season with races in Tracy, California and San Bernardino, California. Dusty Beer of Columbus, Montana captured the coveted Open Class win in Round 1 at Tracy aboard his 1425cc nitro fueled/ nitrous injected Kawasaki. Robie Peterson of Yorba Linda, California followed up with a three class sweep at the famed Glen Helen raceway in Round 2, winning the Open Class aboard his nitro injected 950cc KTM. The world's top riders will make an appearance at Round 4 on August 6th and 7th in Sturgis at the Rumble In The Hills Pro Hillclimb to be held on a newly designed hill directly across from the Buffalo Chip Campground.
